This plate was sooo good y'all. I went back and ordered it again the next evening lol. The owner maintains such a warm and inviting ambiance. She'll occasionally throw in a mix of wonton chips and tempura veggies on the side out of pure generosity. I recommend this spot for sure.
My daughter and I went here for a late lunch today, based on their excellent reviews on Yelp. Loved this place! We were the only customers in there at 3 PM on a weekday. Annie was as friendly and open as she could be and we had a nice conversation with her while waiting for our food. I ordered Mongolian Beef and my daughter ordered Orange Chicken. We both loved our meals! Their food was everything we look for in good Chinese food, which is difficult to find nowadays. We also had some vegetable tempura, and it was excellent and not greasy, like a lot of bad tempura is. We will definitely return here. They even have hamburgers, pasta, and other foods that aren't normally Chinese. Restaurant was very clean and neat everywhere.
Anothet "Christmas Story" Success. Anothet Annual Annies Chinese food for Christmas eve and it was better than Ever. Their Walnut Shrimp is always exceptional as well as their beef and Broccoli, and combined with the sweet and sour pork, bok choy and combination fried rice, we were all celebrating Christmas with smiling family Joy. The highlight of the year with love and smiles. Thank you Annie's House for making our Christmas Again with Love and Joy. Annie's House make traditions become Family Value. Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night

My husband and I come to the Monterey area at least once a month. Annie's has become our go to for dining out because their food is always delicious and reasonably priced. They are quite generous with their portions so always have left overs to take home. They offer a variety of dishes from Chinese food to hamburgers. Everything we have had so far has been great!
